General terms and conditions of sale
GUARANTEE
Individual bookings are only considered binding if accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and security code or with full prepayment of the stay before the guest's arrival.
NON-SUBMISSION
In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
GROUPS
Special conditions apply for groups. Promotional codes are not applicable on requests for more than 5 rooms.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS 1 (D-30)
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking. Free cancellation and reimbursement of the deposit is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date (before 2pm). In case of late cancellation or modification, the deposit will be kept and not refunded. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS 2 (D-14)
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid 14 days before arrival via a secure link sent a few days before the deadline by email. Without receipt of this payment, the residence reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the day of arrival (before 2pm). In case of late cancellation or modification, the deposit will be kept and is not refundable. In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS 3 (D-7)
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure link sent a few days before the deadline by email. Without receipt of this payment, the residence reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date (before 2pm). In case of late cancellation or modification, the deposit will be kept and is not refundable. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
The full amount of the stay must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Once the reservation is made, it cannot be changed and the prepaid amount is non-refundable. This prepayment is not refundable in case of cancellation, change of dates or no-show.
DISPATCH
In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate the participants in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of equivalent category for services of the same nature, the costs inherent in the transfer remaining at the expense of the establishment, which may not be sought to pay any additional compensation.
