There is a safe in each of our rooms, protected by a secret code. Please leave your valuables in your safe before leaving your room.
Your room will be cleaned daily between 9 am and 5 pm. If you do not want to be bothered, remember to hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your doorknob. Flip it over to indicate that your room is ready to be cleaned.
Small pets (less than 10kg) are allowed in the hotel at no extra charge, they are your responsibility.
Access to common areas is prohibited to pets.
The entire hotel is non-smoking (including the common areas, the terrace, the rooms and the balconies). Smoking risks a fine of €150.
The hotel has free private parking. Subject to availability at the time of arrival. You can also park in the nearby resort car parks.
For car parks which are farther from the hotel, the resort’s free shuttle service will drop you off in the centre of town.

Yes. All of the hotel’s guests can use our luggage room before check-in or after check-out.
Our rooms must be vacated by 11 am.
After checking out, you can store your bags in our luggage room to make the most of your last day in Les Menuires.
Our rooms are available at 4 pm.
If you arrive before 4 pm, you can safely store your bags in our luggage room.
While you wait for your room to be ready, take advantage of our facilities like the lounge bar, Spa Nuxe, the terrace, the restaurant, etc.
Our hotel is open 24/7.
A free shuttle service runs to the Ours Blanc stop every 20 minutes.
Free shuttles are at your disposal to get around between the different districts of the resort and between the villages in the valley. Find out more about public transport in and around Les Menuires.
The Ours Blanc Hotel & Spa is located at the foot of the slopes. You can easily reach the 3 Valleys ski area.

La Terrasse de l'Ours Blanc welcomes you for lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm.
